These tips will guide you step by step if you are going to prepare this delicious meal

If you are going to prepare this kind of a meal, you can begin to plan from now. The tastes you get depend on how you plan it. You can prepare this with fresh cow meat, fresh icy fish, and smoked fishes.
If you just going to prepare this with fresh icy fishes, just get this in your mind that the taste you are going to get is quite different than that of when you use meat but combination of both could just give an extra ordinary taste.
Preparing this with a goat meat, I really don’t have any idea how it is going to taste like. But if you have a say about how it is, you are free to inform us. Some ladies and  guys are good in so many combinations---A sun-dry stock fish go together with meat, will give good taste but fresh fish and stock fish is just not good at all. Combination of the two will gives you a routine smell and taste.
You can follow this simple step of mine if you want to make a good taste out of yours but first I am going to list out the ingredients I am going to use before I walk you into the kitchen.
1)            Fresh cow meat
2)            Fresh icy fish
3)            Fresh peppers
4)            Fresh tomatoes
5)            Onions
6)            Palm oil
7)            Okra
8)            Vegetables leave
9)            Salt and
10)          Star magi
We are going to begin the preparation by first of all washing the dirt off the respective proteins (fish and meat) by watching them with clean water and be steamed with onions, some pepper, salt and magi for some minutes with small amount of water.
Cut the okra and the vegetables in tiny pieces but should occupy separate plates.
Grind the tomatoes together with the fresh pepper and the onions.
When the above is done, you can now begin with the cooking. First, just set the pot on fire and pour the palm oil in------ allow it to be heated for some seconds or minutes but don’t let it be over heated. Add some slice onions and follow by the grinned pepper and tomatoes ----- allow frying for some minutes and adding the meat and the fish at the same time is just the perfect thing to do now follow by salt and magi and also allow frying for a little time.
The last thing to do now is to add the vegetables-------the okra and the vegetable leaves and stir thoroughly to allow for proper mix up of the okra with the soup ------- this time, allow boiling for some second and bring it down. It is now ready to be eaten.
Please note: when you are preparing an okra soup don’t cover the pot when okra has been added to the soup. Your covering of the pot will over heat the soup and the okra will lost it elasticity and I guess it is because of the elasticity feature of the soup we name it an okra soup and it’s why we cook it.
Note also that okra soup can easily go fermented. To control this, you have to cook it with an excess palm oil to cover the surface of the soup all round.
